We will run a weekly review search on Trip Advisor, Google and Yelp for any new reviews left for your business.  If you require additional review search please let us know.

Regardless of the review, good or bad, we will create a public professional response to each and everyone. If needed and the review platform allows, we can also send private messages on your behalf. Responding to reviews gives your restaurant a better look in the eyes of all guests, existing and potential.

Negative reviews with specific details could be discussed with management prior to our response.  This will depend of the review or the direction from our restaurant client.
